9.4 PAMSHub does not monitor or regulate the content or data passing through or temporarily stored on its system, except under Court order or in cases where reasonable suspicion of legal violations exists.
9.5 PAMSHub reserves the right to discontinue all or any portion of the provided services at any time for any reason, upon providing notice to the client.
9.6 PAMSHub will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests; however, technical support is not guaranteed under the terms of this agreement.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization], unless both parties agree otherwise. You waive the right to bring any claims in court.
